The Maternal and Infant Mortality Prevention Unit would like to invite you to a virtual gathering on August 4, 2022 from 1-4pm, hosted by Dr. Jasmine Zapata, Chief Medical Officer for Community Health and State Epidemiologist for Maternal and Child Health and Chronic Diseases at the Wisconsin Department of Health Services.
The event is for those in Wisconsin working in maternal and infant mortality prevention and related fields including equity and racial justice.
We want to hear from you and learn what is happening in your communities. We also have new data to share about how our state is doing in terms of birth outcomes and we would like to work together to develop solutions.
We are excited to gather partners and groups of all kinds to collaborate on improving outcomes for all birthing people, babies, and their families so that everyone can live their best lives.
