EVV Essentials - Everything You Need to Know About SMC

Hello Provider Agencies Using DHS-selected Sandata System,

Do you have new personal care workers or workers with minimal experience using the Sandata Mobile Connect App -- also known as the SMC App? If so, please have them join us for a 45-minute webinar. This session is part of mini-series developed for workers new to EVV that use the Sandata Mobile Connect (SMC) App on a cell phone or tablet.

At this webinar, workers will:
1. Know the purpose and basic functionality of Sandata Mobile Connect (SMC).
2. Access and navigate within the SMC application.
3. Learn key tips for using SMC.

This session is devoted to sharing everything we know about the Sandata Mobile Connect (SMC). So, if your agency is not using the State provided Sandata EVV system, this training will not be helpful to you. Workers that plan to attend this session should download/install the Sandata Mobile Connect App to their iOS or Android device prior to joining.

Session Length: 45 mins.

Registration: Pre-registration required.

Cost: This session is offered to the provider agency at no cost.
